We accept a 10% deposit for securing a horse or pony. This ensures we do not accept viewing requests from other clients and provides you a 7 day period to organise the required checks and collect your new team mate.

Deposits are refundable on the basis of a failed vetting.

If you encounter challenges with your new purchase, please get in touch and we can work with you to solve any issues, however, as per our sales agreement, we do not offer refunds after purchase.
